StoredTech was founded as a Managed Services Provider in 2010, in a fundamentally different model. From the outset, we flipped the script of what to expect from your IT service provider, rejecting the role of a hero that swoops in to assist in cleaning up a crisis and becoming instead a trusted advisor that helps you to plan and implement forward-thinking solutions.
Our model incentivizes us to keep your technology up and running – in fact, the fewer issues you have, the more profitable we become. Not only has it served us well, as experienced in the rapid growth of our company over a few short years, but it is a significant factor in helping our customers to grow as well.
In six years StoredTech has evolved from humble beginnings in a basement, to our current headquarters in Queensbury that features a full-service communications center, corporate offices and our innovative Collaboration Center for training, events and community use.
Today, our growing staff also serves customers from offices in Albany and Plattsburgh, NY, and our reach continues to widen through StoredTech CloudCare, which knows no geographical limitations.
In early 2016, we expanded our offerings with the addition of our Infrastructure Division that includes full-service voice, video, security and access offerings.
And in Summer 2016, we became a Microsoft Tier One Cloud Services Provider that brings a full slate of cloud offerings to customers, including public clouds, hybrid clouds and even private clouds built on your premises.
