Your organization is like no other.

Different businesses have different goals and challenges. Browse through some of our most popular services below.

  • Help Desk Services
    • Why spend hours trying to fix your own IT? We can resolve 95% of issues remotely, even after-hours, and we bill in efficient 15-minute increments. Client portal access is included, and of course, there are no travel charges for help desk services! The result? You can get back to work faster.

  • Hardware Configuration
    • Prefer to keep your IT assets on site? We can help configure an on-premises data center that meets your needs for performance, reliability, security, and compliance. Our hardware lease or rental options can also help lower or eliminate your capital expenses and keep your hardware up to date.

  • Remote Performance Management
    • Our remote performance monitoring makes annoying systems issues a thing of the past. If there’s a problem, we’ll have it fixed before you even notice it.

  • Anti-Virus Management
    • For some businesses, over-the-counter anti-virus protection may be enough. But if you’re really concerned about system security, talk to us about our enterprise-level protection services.

  • Web Security
    • More than half of employees say they use their computers at work to surf the net for personal reasons (and those are just the ones that admit it). This can hinder productivity, and even legitimate websites can contain malicious code planted there by others. Our advanced security solutions allow you to set appropriate limits for employees and block malicious sites from infiltrating your systems.

  • Email Spam Filtering
    • Spam is more than just a time-waster. It is also one of the most common ways hackers worm their way in. A good spam filtering system improves security and productivity and reduces bandwidth consumption.

  • Email Encryption
    • Industry regulations often require encryption of sensitive emails. At other times, it’s just a good idea. Talk to us about your confidentiality concerns, and we’ll help you determine the level of encryption that will keep you compliant and your data protected.

  • Email Archiving
    • Some businesses are required by law to archive emails, but that can slow down your email servers and make it hard to find what you’re looking for. Our archiving solutions extend traditional archiving capabilities so you can store as many emails as you want – or as you need. Old emails can be queried to recover data, and all emails are stored in a secured storage facility.

  • Application Management
    • To keep up with security threats, many software vendors are releasing updates to their operating systems and applications at least once a month. However, studies show that most end-users don’t bother to install them. That leaves you vulnerable. Our Application Management services ensure your applications from companies like Microsoft, Java, QuickBooks, Adobe and many other popular vendors are always up-to-date.

  • Managed Backups and Data Archiving
    • An estimated one-third to over half of all businesses do not backup their data. Small and medium businesses are especially vulnerable to downtime and data loss. We provide enterprise-grade online backup solutions for storing mission-critical data that can be retrieved as needed. This data is encrypted and stored off-site, which also helps you comply with data security and archiving requirements.

  • Mobile Device Management
    • Anywhere, anytime access to data and systems. It sounds great to most employees, and it’s a good way to improve productivity. But, whether you provide the devices or establish a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy, it’s also an easy way to introduce security risks.

    • We can help you establish critical safeguards such as limiting unauthorized app installations, installing malware and virus protection on all of your devices, and defining “geo-fences” which alert you to instances of someone trying to log in from an unexpected location. If any of your devices ever are stolen, we can also wipe them remotely and recover them using GPS Tracking.

STOREDTECH HOSTS LIVE UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS DEMONSTRATION
On April 27, 2017, StoredTech invited local IT leaders and business owners into its Collaboration Center for Beers and Gears, an event designed to bring people together and show off the latest IT solutions for communications and collaboration. With a focus on integrating Microsoft Office 365 and Avaya phone systems, it was a ‘dramatic’ evening as the company’s engineers pulled out their acting skills in a live skit. The ‘actors’ showed how cloud-based collaboration tools can help multiple remote individuals work seamlessly together to solve real-life problems for their customers. While based on a fictional scenario at an airport, the functions are shown in the skit – video conferencing, file sharing, multi-way calls, and find me/follow me chat – are usable in common business settings. Many of the features used in the skit are already available to Microsoft Office 365 customers, such as Skype for Business. Adding an Extreme Network and Avaya phone system expanded the capabilities and exponentially increased the communication and collaboration potential. Or, as Alan VanTassel said, “helps customers get more out of their IT investment.”   VanTassel talked about the company’s rationale for hosting Beers and Gears. “At StoredTech, we like to call ourselves your IT Advisor. Because, with new technology coming to market all the time, it can be challenging for business owners or IT leaders to stay competitive and ahead of the curve. With events like this, we can deliver the information you need to make educated decisions for your business.” During the demonstration, Doug Gillson, vice president of infrastructure, talked about what the latest updates to Office 365 and Avaya phones can do for customers. “This is an exciting time for businesses as new, enterprise-quality tools are becoming available in realistic, small business pricing packages. These cloud-based platforms offer impressive flexibility as more and more of you work from home, on the road, or are growing through remote offices. What’s important tonight is to see that increased productivity and team collaboration is already at your fingertips.”  After the live demonstration, guests enjoyed food and drink from Coopers Cave Ale Company as they tried out the programs themselves at various hands-on stations. Interested guests learned about how to apply the tools to their unique business as they engaged with StoredTech’s engineers and vendor partners from Avaya, Extreme Networks, and Plantronics, an audio communications equipment company.
